[SNOW] WAR
The first snowfall of the year means chilly fun, but also the return of a longstanding city tradition.
Elegy for an Underwater E-Scooter
As I wander along, the basin’s edge
A flash of orange did fall upon my eyes
Laid at shallow depth, no hard task to dredge
The e-scooter plain to see, no disguise
O’ scooter, lying in your wat’ry grave
So close and yet so very far away.
Do you dream of racing on, swift and brave,
Or do your thoughts beneath the water stay?
Will there come a day, when someone finds you
And returns you above to the dry shore?
Or shall you remain, submerged in the blue,
Neglected, forgotten, forevermore?
